5 PLAY Tips: SEA LIFE Aquarium

PLAYGROUND sent Megan Navarro to check out SEA LIFE Orlando, an interactive and immersive aquarium offering unique underwater adventures with more than 5,000 species of fish, a 360-degree viewing tunnel, and eye-level tank views so children can get a unique perspective on the fish habitats.

Megan’s SEA LIFE Orlando PLAY Tips:

  1. Plan to eat either before or after the exhibit. No food is served inside SEA LIFE.
  2. Before planning your arrival time, take a look at the daily feeding and dive schedule to decide what time of day is best for you to go.
  3. Be sure to grab an adventure map for your child. They will have fun using it throughout SEA LIFE, and they can claim a treasure at the end.
  4. Decide whether you’re going to visit the other two attractions (Orlando Eye and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum) in advance. If you don’t plan to visit the other attractions, tell your children before you arrive. It’s all about managing expectations!
  5. If you can splurge a little, I highly recommend visiting the other two attractions. We did all three attractions, and we had an awesome time. Madame Tussauds was very cool. The view from the Orlando Eye was absolutely beautiful—we loved being able to truly take in our love for Orlando from above.
