Summer Food Fun Tour

Chef Gary Appelsies, the Director of Healthy Eating at the YMCA of Central Florida, is doing a special, Summer Food Fun Tour across Central Florida.

Over the course of the next few weeks, Appelsies will be visiting Y’s across the region, from Titusville to Tavares, to teach parents and their kids about healthy eating and cooking. As a part of the YMCA of Central Florida‘s mission to improve the lives of all and make sure that everyone   has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive — the classes with Chef Gary will be free and open to the public, not just Y members.

Check out the Summer Food Fun Tour flyer for all the dates, descriptions and locations or visit the Facebook event pages.
