The iconic Ferris wheel that looms over I-4 is having a spider infestation! There will be a spooky light show at The Coca-Cola Orlando Eye each evening. Hop inside a capsule to soak in the sights and find even more fun Fall decor.

Chill out and get into the Halloween spirit at the RDV! Families can enjoy trick-or-treating, a costume contest, and other family fun in addition to regular ice skating.

October 22, Activities start at 11:30, Movie starts at 1 p.m.
Enzian Theater, Maitland
Gear up for a Halloween party featuring a showing of Hotel Transylvania 2. Arrive early for a costume contest, lunch and games!

Howl O’ Woof
October 27 from 6–8 p.m.
Mennello Museum of American Art, Orlando
Dress up with your favorite pooch and take a walk in the sculpture garden at this paw-some Halloween party. Dog lovers of all ages will go nuts with the array of vendors and activities.

Kids Night Out Halloween Spooktacular Party
October 27 from 6–10 p.m.
Mad Science Laboratory, Oviedo
Get a date night in while the kids play in their costumes and enjoy a spooky science show, plus goo-making, a movie and more! Dinner is also included. Must pre-register in advance.

O2B Kids Spooktakular!
October 28 from 5–9 p.m.
O2B Kids, Altamonte Springs
This Halloween bash has all of the bells and whistles: trick-or-treating, a haunted hall and a big costume contest. Families can also explore local vendors!

Zoo Boo Bash
October 28–29
Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, Sanford
There is no wilder place to get your trick-or-treat on, so be sure to bring your candy bag when you head to the Zoo on Halloween weekend! In addition to sweet treats, there will be a costume contest and a face painter.

Mr. Richard & The Pound Hounds: A Halloween Concert
October 28 at 1 p.m.
Orlando Repertory Theatre
Orlando’s favorite children’s rock band is back for its annual Halloween concert at The REP! Kids will love singing along and grooving to Mr. Richard’s spooky songs.

3rd Annual Owloween
October 28 from 2–6 p.m.
Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge
Visit the refuge on “Owloween” for Halloween activities, live music and nocturnal animal encounters. Kids can also go trick-or-treating and participate in a costume contest.

American Girl Halloween Spooktacular
October 29 from Noon–3 p.m.
American Girl Store, Orlando
Show up to the American Girl Store in-costume to get a special treat (while supplies last). While you’re there, pose for a photo op and do a Halloween Boo Box craft!

Trail of Jack-o-Lanterns & Ooky-Spooky Haunted House

Green Meadows Petting Farm, Orlando
Head to the farm for some fantastical frights! Walk a lighted trail of jack-o-lanterns that glow in time to music or step foot in a haunted house (if you dare!)

    October 28 from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
    Orange County Regional History Center, Orlando
    Young trick-or-treaters can romp around safely at this daytime block party just for kids! Aside from candy, there will be a scavenger hunt, crafts, free books and more.


  • FANG-tastic Halloween Kid Crew at Oviedo Mall
    October 13 from 10–11 a.m.
    Oviedo Mall – Community Room
    Mad Science Lab is leading this month’s Kid Crew. Kids can learn about dry ice, make goo and do spooky sensory experiments. Free admission!
  • Halloween Bash
    October 28 from 5:30–7:30 p.m.
    Winter Park Village
    The Winter Park Village shopping center is coming alive with frightful fun! There will be a costume contest, magicians, carnival booths and plenty of sweet treats.
  • Rollins College Halloween Howl
    October 28 from 1–4 p.m.
    Rollins College – Holt Avenue, Winter Park
    For the 18th year, Rollins invites families to have a safe trick-or-treating experience on campus. There will also be carnival games, haunted houses, a costume contest and craft activities.
  • Sanford Avenue Block Party Halloween Extravaganza
    October 28 from 5 p.m.–midnight (Adult party begins at 8 p.m.)
    S. Sanford Ave., Sanford
    This isn’t just a Halloween party—it’s the celebration of two brewery anniversaries, so head out to Sanford Avenue for plenty of great brews and local vendors. Have the kids go in costume to participate in the costume contest. Plus, dress up Fido for the dog contest!
  • Funtober Fest
    October 28 from 4–7 p.m.
    Secret Lake Park, Casselberry
    This free community festival offers everything your family could want: carnival games, “trunk-or-treating” and plenty of free food.
  • 2017 Halloween Spooktacular
    October 28 from 4–8 p.m.
    Central Park, Lake Mary
    Jam out at this Halloween celebration featuring a DJ, bounce houses, a kiddie train and safe trick-or-treating. It’s free to explore!
  • Longwood Trunk or Treat & Halloween Movie
    October 29 from 3–5:30 p.m., Movie at 5:45
    Take a stroll in Historic Downtown Longwood for “trunk-or-treating,” games and other activities for the kids. At 5:45, there will be a free showing of the movie Halloweentown.
  • Halloween Bash at Oviedo Mall
    October 31 from 5–7 p.m.
    Your little ones can have a safe and fun Halloween at Oviedo Mall! There will be trick-or-treating, a live show and even a haunted house for kids. It’s also a perfect time to snap your Halloween family photo!
  • Witch Way to Candy
    October 31 from 6–8 p.m.
    Seminole Towne Center, Sanford
    On Halloween night, kids can gear up and trick-or-treat at the Seminole Towne Center mall!
  • Halloween at Cranes Roost Park
    October 31 from 5–9 p.m.
    Crane’s Roost Park, Altamonte Springs
    The City of Altamonte Springs is doing Halloween in style with live music, trick-or-treating and costume contests for all ages. It’s all free to enjoy at beautiful Crane’s Roost Park.


  • Halloweenfest
    October 31 from 6–8:30 p.m.
    Downtown Winter Garden
    On Halloween night, beautiful Downtown Winter Garden is hosting a celebration featuring safe trick-or-treating, a hay maze, crafts, and local vendors. It’s free to explore!
  • Magnolia Park Pumpkin Fest
    October 13 from 6–9 p.m.
    Magnolia Park, Apopka
    At this non-scary Halloween event, families can enjoy activities like games, s’more-making and hayrides.


  • Lake Nona Trick or Treat Spooktacular
    October 26 from 5:30–8 p.m.
    YMCA of Central Florida, Orlando
    The YMCA is offering its own spin on trick-or-treating, plus bounce houses and games for kids!
  • Spooktacular
    October 28 from 5–9 p.m.
    Downtown Avalon Park, Orlando
    Families looking for a festive Halloween celebration need look no further: Avalon Park offers a costume parade, pumpkin carving and trick-or-treating at local businesses.
  • Mall-O-Ween at the Florida Mall
    October 31 from 5–8 p.m.
    Florida Mall, Orlando
    Kids are encouraged to haunt participating stores in-costume and trick-or-treat for candy! There will also be character encounters, face painting and a photobooth.


  • Celebration Fall Festival and Costume Contest
    October 21 from 11 a.m. –4 p.m.
    Celebration Lakeside Park
    At this free fall festival, kids can try their hand at a costume contest, get their face painted to perfection or bounce away in a bounce house.
  • Trunks, Treats, and More!
    October 21 from 5–7 p.m.
    St. Luke’s UMC in Orlando
    It’s an all-out party at St. Luke’s this Halloween season! Head there for “trunk-or-treating,” carnival games, a costume contest and other fun activities.
  • Halloween Boo Bash
    October 28 form 5-8 p.m.
    The Grove, Windermere

    Head to The Grove for complementary family fun all around the shoppting center, including music from a live DJ and a sesnory station by Mad Science.
